A staple in the baptist calendar, 4D Leadership Conference is a guaranteed opportunity for expanding thought and developing local leaders. But, perhaps even more importantly, is the opening for leaders from our churches to network and set foundations to work together.
Often misunderstood as an event for pastors or paid church workers, 4D Conference as we know it in 2022 casts a wider net, welcoming anyone who acts in a role of any capacity in their church.
Keynote speaker, Rev Dr Brian Harris, aims to empower people who don’t naturally see themselves as leaders – inspiring the theme of the conference, ‘Unexpected’.
Brian’s elective, ‘Leading from the 1st, 2nd or 10th Chair’ will explore whether we can be an associate or junior team member and yet play a meaningful leadership role? This seminar explores ways to lead up (where we find a way to guide and influence those who are more senior than us), sideways (when we lead our peers), and down (leading those who report to us).
The remaining electives on offer are equally as fascinating. Governance, evangelism, aid, discipleship, digital media, youth and kids electives will leave attendees with a tough decision.
There is still a chance to get tickets before the conference kicks off on May 14th.
