Baptism Sunday at Andrews Farm Community Church
On Sunday 24th February, Andrews Farm Community Church were touched by both Kara Lipson and Braden Thompson’s courageous honesty as they shared something of their painful journeys and how God has been at work in their lives.
Kara has been on a spiritual search for some time and had a breakthrough as she worked alongside other young adults caring for at-risk young people in Davoren Park.
Braden’s friend Emily was bold enough to share about her faith in God with him when she met him on a bus and this really helped Braden decide to check out the Christian faith.
He has been worshipping with us only for a few months but has been very encouraged by a new group of safe and positive people around him.
