Collaborative Community Projects

Baptist Care SA hosted representatives from Baptist churches across South Australia at the Collaborative Community Project (CCP) Information workshop on Friday 1 March.
Attendees heard stories of the life changing impact that one of the 2018 CCP Projects has had on participants in Blackwood Hills Baptist’s ‘Get Out’ program and spent time together learning of Baptist Care SA’s focus on transition pathways, being taken through the entire application process, being given the opportunity to learn skills to enable effective and meaningful ministry project evaluation and learning how to assess and mitigate project risks. It was an encouraging time for all as we workshopped together the importance of engaging with our local communities in meaningful ways that support the most vulnerable and disadvantaged among us to move from adversity to opportunity.
REMINDER: CCP Applications due Thursday 9 May 2019
