Cyclone Idai: Your URGENT help is needed to save lives.

Imagine sheltering in your home from the worst storm you’ve ever seen. The rain is torrential. The wind is loud and violent. And with every moment that passes… the floodwaters are rising.
Do you stay put and wait it out? Or do you risk fighting through this powerful storm in hopes of finding higher ground?
Last month, Cyclone Idai made landfall in Mozambique, before cutting its destructive path through Malawi and Zimbabwe… and leaving widespread disaster in its wake.
From the latest reports, 960 children, women, and men have been killed… but with over 3,500 cases of cholera reported in Mozambique alone, it’s now a race against time to stop the death toll from rising further.
One of the biggest threats to families in the months ahead will continue to be water contamination and the spread of waterborne diseases like cholera. Without your generous support to provide urgently needed emergency food and safe-drinking water, the risk of disease outbreak is high.
Your generosity means our partner on the ground can meet the most urgent of needs… including the provision of clean-drinking water and emergency food. Your urgent help is needed to ensure that the health of cyclone survivors does not deteriorate.
Please give generously to save the lives of men, women, and children in the wake of what has been called one of the worst weather-related disasters to have struck the southern hemisphere. Send urgently needed relief to survivors of the Cyclone Idai who have been left with nothing.
